Ever reached that point in a Community Setup..

Where your community tank looks perfect and you were happy . .. only
to add a fish there, remove another and all of a sudden youre not happy with
the mix anymore?

Ive lost count how many times ive done this, then fully regret it afterwards..

Anybody have this experience? Or are we just a handful?

I have reached that combo where i was pleased(temporarily). But you cannot resist buying new fish and sometimes just adding one fish could really make or break the tanks harmony or balance.

Oh man! I know what you mean! And it is soooo hard to control the urge of buying new fish!! that's why I try not to go to the local fish store because I know I would buy a new fish. Sigh. I just try to keep a theme as much as possible. Even that is impossible almost.

Yup... but the newest and only other fish I plan on adding for a while is a female firemouth... but otherwise, my tank is mostly peaceful, just some nips on my convict and that's about it.

Just be like me and buy new tanks when you want more fish!!!!

I'm going to an auction on sat and I don't really have any tank space but I do have a 90 gal that I'm going to set up for someone else setting in my garage that I could set up ...... must resist tempation.......
