Ever see an 11" L047?

That's impressive. That was one of my shortest lived plecos. I put mine in the tank and a few hours later I saw him swim to the front of the tank...and he never moved again. By the next day I decided something was wrong and grabbed the net... and yep, he was dead.

I don't know too much about plecos but thats a nice one. I had a common pleco that was about a foot and a half. Does this species grow much slower?
