Ever shipped fish from abroad while on vaca?

Just curious if anyone has shipped fish from another country. If so, which country and how'd it go? I am familiar with U.S. customs but I cannot find much info on restrictions in other countries. I am considering a trip to Lake Titticacca and surrounding areas and I know that I will be itching to locate rays, among others, along the way... and like a little kid, I am sure I will want to take them home with me lol :/

Great article but I am aware of importing requirements in the U.S. I am curious about exporting from other countries... of course each country will be different, I am just looking to hear the personal experiences of others

You would have to arrange to have the fish shipped by a licensed exporter who will provide the paperwork and handle the customs fees.
