Ever wonder how much fei feng really eat ?

I put this FULL half of zuchinni last night and when I get home from work an hour ago this is what was left in the tank.

Notice how much of the skin that was left, I left the zuchinni flat on the tank, so he was only able to get to the outer half. The inside of the zuchinni is all gone.

I do this 3 times a week to keep him happy..

I also have a tank with about 10 small fei fengs and they eat the same amount. They also eat pellets, shrimp, krill and smelt when I feed the other fish.

Nice! I see the same thing with mollies and most green-grazers. They will eat all day if you let them, and usually look better when they get to! It's the water quality that leads us to feed less.
