Very cool. I used to see this all the time in the morning after a night of rain or a night of dew. I would walk my driveway (was a gravel driveway around 1km long) and collect all the worms for fishing and feeding. Worms come to the surface for rain so they don't drown and it's their only method of finding mates for reproduction as its near impossible to find one in 3 dimensions
