Here are pics of the infected areas. At the current rate of decay all livestock will be dead in 5-7 days at most.
260 watt t5ho 4bulb fixture on 100gal tank 24"high no co2 dosing fertz every day for past several days.
Only stem plants become infected
Symptoms: brittle, white tipped stems. Within a day all roots have decintegrated. After just a few days it becomes mushy followed by browning and then it snaps off. Then the new edge turns white becomes brittle and snaps off.

is this a nutrient defficiency or lack of co2 or some type of bacteria or fungus or algae cuz im having a big green algae bloom or too much lighting or too little lighting or something to do with plants or pollution or, or, or, or, hmmm idk.

this would be my guess.
i dont understand what your saying here... is too much fertz my problem cuz im dosing like 30% of the recomended dosage. thats really low especially with my HIGH lighting system. or is it too little cuz i guess that might be it... idk though i need some sug's b4 i can make any conclusions the problem is nobody wants to help me... :[

are those water wisteria? what other plants do you have in there? i remember my water wisteria doing the same thing when it wasn't adjusted to my tank yet... then when it got settled it started growing like a bad weed

well, thanks for calling me nobody. this is the wrong forum. directly under the link you clicked to get in here it says "Forum for General FISH RELATED Discussions." often people will ignore posts in the wrong forum. it encourages thinking for yourself while discouraging incorrect forum postings.

I mean all the fertilizers I'm aware of aren't for daily feeding. I've even used hydroponic fertilizers for a terrarium and they were only once a month or so. you didn't say what you are feeding with, so I simply left it to you to check your labels.
I suppose it could be too much light. going white is what happens to leaves of terrestrial plants going from indoors to sunlight if you don't acclimate them. but I've never seen it in my tanks so...

Your anubias is rotting! Trim the rot off with a sharp blade/razor before it infects the whole rhizome!

Your welcome. Oh, and you are definitely in high light territory with 2.6 watts of T5HO over your tank (algae farm!)... Co2 suggested.
