What happens when some one abandons their apartment, doesn't return for 2 months, and leaves a lot of their stuff in there?
Well, first... The eviction notice is posted...
THEN...
The groundskeepers clean the place out.
If you happen to be in pretty good with the people that run the joint, sometimes they dont throw stuff away. Instead they ask you if you want it.

This equals a free 55 gallon tank

edit:: The previous owner apparently cut out the center brace.... hmm. Im gonna have to do something about that.

OH... and this will be the start of my Pictus tank. For those that wonder why it's in the catfish forum.

How many pictus you gonna get to put in there?
 
A little substrate in the bottom. Judging by the type, and the obvious reptile waste in the bottom of the tank (all concentrated in one corner) , I'm gonna say it was probably a lizard tank before, probably dragons, as they are pretty common in pet stores around here.
I'm disinfecting it right now :-D
Pictus abound before the week is over!
I'm gonna shoot for only 2, as I want it semi planted. I dont know if 3 or 4 would be good, but I know 2 will be just fine.
