The guy probably caught the turtle out of a river or a local fw lake or something. Brought him and the sunfish home. Dropped in the snapper and put in the sunny expecting to see a feast, realized his tank was too small, and wants to make some money off of him. Seriously how can you be so stupid! What the heck. If you see a turtle that big you dont take it home to your equal sized tank. You leave it be. This is really f'd up. What an idiot. You dont know how much I want to text this guy right now. Thats ridiculous. Its people like this that destroy the hobby
 
If you do "save" him make sure its not wild caught. Wild caught snappers are illegal over 4" in ohio if not "chipped" and a permit to keep wild adults is also needed. Not sure what ur state laws are but be sure to read up on them first before u try and do the right thing and possibly end up with a fine. Pretty cheap trade for a bb gun tho lmao...
