C. http://www.tjorvar.is/assets/images/auto...
D. http://secamarinelife.com.au/catalog/ima...
interesting considering that A (the Repslendent Angelfish- C. repslendens) lives in the western pacific ocean
B (the African Flameback Angelfish- C. acanthops) lives on the east and west coasts of africa
C (the Brazilian Flameback Angelfish- C. aurantonotus) lives on the east coast of south america
and D (the Cherub Angelfish- C. argi) lives in the carribean
this shows that the species would have changed in color pattern (from a thin orange strip along the back and tail, to a fat orange stripe along the back, head, and tail, to a fat orange stripe along the head and back, to a orange face) this would coincide with it's movements across the world...
i thought that was really interesting... i may submit an article about this to TFM or something... does anybody know if that's been done?
