2) dont chew your fingernails
3) dont rub your eyes

i recently saw on Yahoo that hand sanitizer isnt good for you either.

i just got over a flu that was 95% of a chance of being H1N1 2009 and it was pretty bad... but i have a strong immune system and got over it well... still missed a week of school.

Swine flu is spread through microscopic particles from your mouth. If someone is around you and just breathes, you can get it. Your list works with the normal seasonal flu, not with the H1N1.

mild, major difference is its not as seasonal as the standard flu and it seems to more adversely effect a broader demographic

Based on the number of deaths so far I'd say not quite as bad as the regular seasonal strain.
