bored. so just took a few photo's of my wild Pearsei that i got around 3 months ago. bought him/her when it was 4'' at the time it was skinny and now its around 6''. it hasnt grown as much as i had anticipated because i read that these fish grow quite rapidly. however im pleased with it's progress and it has shown signs of colouration. hope it beefs up soon and becomes a round monster like the speciman Aquamojo owns. . . his is nice.

Looking good. These guys are a great cichlid to keep.

their very peaceful for a cichlid. never shown any signs of fin nipping or aggression whatsoever since ive owned it. going to definately buy more soon as my shop has more in .

lovely pics...great minds think alike huh... a pearsi is definalty my next fish to go w/ my argentea. too bad any cichlid but a oscar or jd is pretty much impossible to find in nw ohio..

i recommend these fish with pearseis. they never seem to have any issues with one another since ive had them. hope you find some soon in ohio. if not try importing a few. its worth the stress haha

i just got mine and i got him that big i actually have him in with a variety i have 3 parrots and 3", a 6" melanarus, a 6" tinfoil, a small angel, some groumies, a lil scat, a 4" red spotted severum, some cat fish, a clown knife, a brown ghost knife he seems to not bother anyone
