Well I am proud to say I got my son his first tank. Of course I will be caring for it (no problem as I love tending fish) as he is 3. Got him a 20 gallon for his birthday. I have decided to stock it with a couple of blue rams and probably a small school of tetras of some sort. Any advice on how to pick a pair of rams male and female or is this difficult? Also can you inter breed say gold and blues or bolivians and blues. I know it is nearly impossible to pick a pair of oscars which I think I lucked out with the two I have. Is it easier to get a pair if I buy them older or can I figure it out when they are juvies? I guess I could always buy 5 or 6 and let them pair naturally but I would rather not do that if I don't have to. Any help appreciated. Also I will probably be getting another 56 gallon this weekend. YEAH!
