Around.....
I just got some Exodon tetras from Monster Fish Master and i picked up some shrimp pellets too for my sen. I put the divider up and put the 3 exodons on one side of the tank and i put some floating cichlid pellets and some of the shrimp pellets. They are brand new to the tank but i'm just wondering if they will start eating it or if i have to go get some krill like tyler (the previous owner) said they liked and would scoop them off the bottom

Thanks for the Help just wanna know how to take the best care of my fish
All advise welcome

??

No one can say for sure.

Just watch and see what happens. They will not starve to death if they don't eat for a few days. They may need some time to settle in to there new tank.

you will have better success with flakes initially, but you can eventually get them on pellets.
since they are new to the tank, it will usually take a couple of days for them to get used to the tank. also you will run into problems because you only have 3 of them (like i mentioned in the other thread, you should have a minimum of around 10).
and i dont remember what you have in the other side of the tank, but if they are notably larger than the exodons, and they can see them through the divider, it will take a bit longer for them to get comfortable in the tank.

treat the situation the same as you would when training any fish to accept pellets (or whatever dry food). first give them a few days to settle in. then add only the food you want them to eat. eventually they will take it. put the pellets/flakes in the water, if they dont eat them within 3 minutes or so, remove the food (so it doesnt throw off yout WP) and try again tomorrow.

Thanks guys...i'll try that
