almost all of them are police impounds that they simply do not sell and kep for themselves. Minus the lambos. In itlays they have deals with the gov to make police cars. the same with some of the high end stuff in germany around the autobon. but most anything that's a cop car here in the U.S. that's more expensive then a charger is a impound.

Actually, a number of them are promotional tools. The Murci, Z06 and the Diablo are not actual cop cars.

The Gallardo cop car in Italy was given to them by Lamborghini. There is only one of them as well.
