Experience with Giant Otocinclus or Red Loricaria?

I recently purchased 2 giant otos and a red loricaria. They just went through an antibiotic treatment and are in quarantine.

Has anyone here kept these? Are they good at eating algae and not plants? They will go into a planted 55g.

They're a different genus. We import them every once in a while. I find them more delicate than regular oto cats.

They are identical to otos but 2"-3"
