recently i gave the doctor i work for some african cichlids. they beat the living s@#$ out of his channel cats. I didn't think they were going to make it. he asked me what to do so i told him to get some aquarium penicillin at the lfs. He then walked over to our sample closet and took out some Omnicef (cefdinir), an antibiotic used for strep, bronchitis, sinusitis ect. threw in 1 300mg capsule for every 5 gallons of water and the fish healed up in record time. much faster then any other meds i've used. just thought i would share that.
