Expert advice on plants to buy please...

I have a 48x24x30tall tank I am setting up for my Blacl Rhomasauras Lucifer. I am seeking live plants that can grow tall and fill up my tank that does not need strong lighting. My Lucifer is from Peru and doesn't like strong lighting.

Which types of plants would work for my 30" tall:?

I would try amazon swords, java fern, and maybe some cabomba.
