Expired food?

[Columbian Shark Catfish]

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but about a month and a half ago I bought a big bag of Hikari Gold sinking cichlid pellets. ALL my fish love them, the sharks, the loaches, the plecos. Anyway, I've fed them these before and this time I just realized the expiration date on the bottom says "2009. 10" And I didn't even buy them that long ago. The fish still eat them but do you think I should get a new bag?
