Export from Brazil

What time of the year is the best time to look at export from Brazil? I do want some hystrix at a time, but i just dont know what part of the year they export rays.

the hystrix season is right know (at least they seem to surface on US vendors lists around this time, every year)

yes, but only a certain number can be exported each year. they're very strict on this.

A good feal of the interesting species dont hit the shops before january
But wit luck and a little money everything can happen..
