expoy - glue DIY W/D

I am building my first w/d and I just stocked up on plastic parts from Wally world. I’ll be taking the dremel out soon however the selection of epoxies was a little overwhelming at the hardware store..So I'd thought I’d ask the experts:

what brand epoxy/glue is safe for underwater use in an aquarium that will bond soft plastic to soft plastic and also plastic to glass.....something I can pick up today at Lowes, HW, etc, but if I have to wait for online delivery times I guess that will have to do.

I am open for suggestions and you would not believe the stuff you can get a Wally world for under a $1.00............

What are the soft plastics, & waht are you wanting to glue? Best bet is to check manufacturer's websites and when you find one that sounds right, ask them specifically. I say this because some may hold for acouple of weeks to months then just peel off and turn your carpt into a bog.

Normally water gets dumped thru the top or thru bulkhead fittings.

Yeah, what Joe said. And consumer plastic pipe is normally pvc or cpvc either one is best bonded with the pvc cement rather than epoxies.
