Extra pair of fins?

My over 2 year old almost 8 inch columbian shark looks like he's growing another pair of fins above his pelvic fins, he still acts/eats normal and it's the same on both sides.

Cool. I wouldn't worry about it if he is still acting normal. Just a random genetic mutation.
