Hay all I have a 72 bow front aquarium, but will be upgrading when my ray out grows the tank (Waiting until he hits a disc size of 8-10in.). I know that rays make large amounts of feces, I have a Fluval 405 Canister Filter. I'm thinking of eighter purchasing the FX5 or the new G series coming out. I don't know if it's dangerous having that kind of filteration in that size tank, but the tank will be upgraded to a 180 or a 300. In other words is it safe for that filteration and should I go with the FX5 or should I wait for the G series?
