Good for you Decker, you have an amazing item.

But... I have 2 for a year and half, and they are very very very very aggressive!
They killed a lot of fish in my tank. Beautiful but deadly, like my ex girlfriend...
 
I love this fish but I'm amazed at geos being that aggressive. I'm glad I passed on this species. :ROFL: Do you have a group or just a single fish? I'm wondering how difficult they are to house with conspecifics, or if the aggression is more outwards and directed at other tankmates?
 
I bought 6, but 3 turned out to be abalios. I kept the trio together until recently, but after we moved into the new house I noticed the "PAIR", especially the big male really bullying the smallest one so I put it in another tank w/ smaller fish to heal up.

gorgeous! TOO BAD they are so mean. worse towards each other, eh? so maybe a pair could be housed in a mixed tank. also too bad you didn't get enough to properly test that out.
