30kg of brown Quartz gravel
4 Mopani wood (about 13kg)

Wow! Nice collection. Be prepared to get a bigger tank. My 580G would be too small for all these in 2 years time. Be careful or you'll end up with 15 pleco tanks like me.

i've seen your tank,its awesome (i even copyed to israeli site)
I know my tank now is a little bit samll to contain all of this collection,but im taking care of them a lot.
this the reason i got 2 big filter- the ehiem 2080 filled only with biological media (25 liter) & the rena is only for mechnic and chimical filterization
also i replace 40% water every week, and use brightwell florinbacter every week
this tank active like this over a year (i replace it from a 280 liter tank)
when i'll move to a bigger Apartment i'll be able to change it to a bigger tank.

What are the cichlids? Convicts, or Lake Malawi or Tanganyika?
How is it that there is no sand in one corner of the tank (Do you have the filter running in reverse?)?
