I doubt Melafix will have any good results on ich. Try to increase the temp of your tank by 86. Make sure all fish can tolerate that temp. What are your fish? I am asking this because some meds aren't meant for certain species of fish as they have a tendency to react on the meds particularly scaleless fish like BGK.

As for cloudy eye, it can be due to the internal parasites such as protozoa and flukes. Another possible cause is onset of cataracts. Eyes are infected and damaged by bacteria via injuries. What are your water parameters? Poor water quality will make matters worse. A good antibiotic will be the answer to the cloudy eye. Pls be careful with medicating your fish. Overdosage can harm, if not kill your fish.

What fish are you having cloudy eye with?

What antibiotic do you recommend?
Your answer.:)
Or see this link for a list of medicines.
I would say you go with the first link as it is far more informative than the second one.:)

Good luck.:)
