Found this guy with an obvious puncture. The eye has since swollen and turned opaque. Anything I should be doing other than salt and raised temp?

What are your water parameters? It is possible poor water quality and injury can contribute to this occurrence. If I were you, determine your water parameters and do as many water changes as you feel necessary. Only clean water can rectify cloudy eyes.

It was an injury. There was a noticable puncture in the membrane of the eye.
