So my GG went to war with my Oscars and some how ended up with what looks like quite a badly injured eyes. Its not like any injuries i have had experience with before. The eye still seems reactive and functioning but has what looks like either fluid over it or a layer of skin. I have attached as good as i can obtain photos. Is this anything i can help heal or possibly permanent?

Eye injuries are always tough. My advise would be to keep the water as clean as possible to prevent infection, you could add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water per every 10 gallons. Otherwise just keep it clean and monitor it. It might loose or at least have impaired vision in that eye from the looks of it. If it does become infected, post here and will take it from there. The best thing at this point is seperate the fish and monitor the eye.
