Two of my indos are getting a white dot in their eyes and cloudy. I noticed about a month ago. I do weekly waterchanges and my water is pretty pristine and clear. My temperature is about 81F. What should I do to fix the white dots/cloudy eye? Raise the temp and add salt?

How much salt do you have in there now?
Too much salt can cause cloudy eyes but it can also be bacterial.
Either way having no lighting can help if it is irritating them.

I use alot of salt and never had them get cloudy eyes. How much do you water change? It could be a ammonia burn but either way i would use pimafix and salt and 50% water change a week.

Mine had solid White ball inside each eye. I think it was cateracts. If it's cloudy, Then maybe caused by poor water q, or from fighting....

Should clear up in 7 days if you use salt and wc's..

I change about 80% of the water weekly.

Mine has a solid white ball inside, but around the ball it is cloudy.

I had something similar happen when i moved but it was on a silver dollar. i think he just scratched his eye and it might heal on its own. mine did anyway. mine looked like he had a small piece of styrofoam in his eye surrounded by cloudiness.

Mine has been like this for about a month and I have been doing 70-80% water changes weekly since.

Hmm I dont know what to tell ya. Does it look like styrofoam? Have you checked what it looks like outside of the water?

Haven't looked at it outside of the water. There's a white ball right in the middle and a little cloudy around it...

Does the fish act differently? If he/she is still feeding fine and acting normal I would just let it ride and see if he/she gets better.
