Eye problems

So a lot of my fish have this white spot on their eye. In the case of the Oscar he has some stringy stuff on him. What do u guys think it is. I have lost 3 pleco and a catfish recently all the pleco has something on there eyes. I figured it was physical damage but when they died know I def believe it’s something else I really hope I can save them before any further loss of life

asking because it looking allot like HITH or something in the water is really irritating the fish.

Cloudy eyes are usually due to poor water conditions and are usually fixed with a good water change schedule
