Why do some of my cichlids eyes seem to bulge more than others. They don't have pop eye or anything like that. I just see pictures of fish some times where there eyes are just packed all nice and flush with there eye sockets. Why do some have that nice clean look and why do others have that little bit of bulge like an Oscar. I'm keeping vieja species and have both types of eyes within these species. Is it breeding or something else. Would like to learn more about it.
