My puffer started getting small white spots and now he is breathing fast. I waz feeding him market clams then he stoped eating them. So I went and bought him a live blue lubster and a crayfish which he took a bite from Lubster"s hand then left him alone(also ate a ghost shrimp). I'm mostly concern about his condition ohh btw he lives with 10 other small fishes in a 60g. I know it's small but please tell me what's wrong with him the criticize my tank size.
