I got this bonded pair from Jason "freshwaterpredators" and have to say I think they have settled in nicely. The female has been displaying for the male all morning but he is not showing much interest. When he bars up he is one sexy beast.. I can't wait to build a tank for them.
A couple of bonus shots since it's water change day. My Herichthys carpintis 'escondido' pair below. I need a better camera to actually get the true colors of this pair, my P&S (a total POS) washes out the green.
A bonus shot of my male Parachromis dovii as well since his tank just across the way, he has put on some size latelly. The female has really beefed up too but the tanks too deep to get a decent pic.
