My new group I picked up a few weeks back. I am please with their growth so far. They are really putting on the size.

Please ignore the scratches on the tank.

Get ready for them to explode in size the first six months. My burundi almost tripled in size, but have slowed down alot now. They are about 3-5"s at about 12 months old.

I'm guessing they will probably be right around the 6" mark within a year.

I tried to measure my largest male (burundi) without netting him, Best I can tell, he is bigger than I though, He is on the larger side of 6" and getting more stunning by the day. I have had them a year in July so they are probably right around the 1 year old mark, (They were just over an inch when I purchased them.)

They are so much fun to grow out!
