He's 4.5-5" now and has become quite the finger chaser.. he does not like anyone near his tank

he has such amazing patterns.
he's a little bigger than mine.
when did your dovii develope his worm facial patterns?
mine is starting to get some.

Only had him about 2 weeks so I can't say. This is my first F1, I've had others and they developed them around 4-5" I guess. But none has looked even remotely close to this guy.

my friend recently bought a 7" dovii.
he's really shy but man is he gorgeous
heres some pics that we struggled to get.
don't mind how beat up he is, that's just how he was after hiding from us.
we only did this one day though, he'd have been ugly by day 2 lol.
plus he had a lot of crap in that 55 gallon aha.

I've got a 2.5" - 3" Dovii growing out in another tank.. I believe it will be a female but only time will tell.

judging by it's face though, you can tell it has some nice blues.
kinda looks female, i'd still lean to male though.
i'm 60% sure it's male lol.

i give mine mysis and large pellets.
he eats all the pellets by night time to lol.
