Stunning little fat boys Ken! My x is showing some spangling on the top as well. Def starting to outgrow the orino's.

Spots! don't worry, start off slow, then avalanche o' spots. For a bit they only get the on the three Orino spot locations...its interesting to see that. Theyre looking great Ken...I plan on giving you a run for your money on the new Xingu growout challenge though...haha. Grand Champion baby...lol.

BTW, picture taking has improved as well!

Got the shop light on it.

Okay. get ready for the grow out challenge...Laz is getting a little cocky.

I'll do my best with my 10g and 55g. Want to let you know that I'll be upgrading to a 90g in a few weeks when I put all 10 together. Don't laugh....that's all I'm going to need. Grand Champion big boy!

No laughing....Im not power feeding, so you actually probably are leading in in Xingu size. All joking aside, its interesting to see how all these bass, which are all siblings are growing and displaying with the different owners feeding regimes, and different water across the Country. Now we just need Michael bottner to update with the ones he kept.

It's very interesting as you stated. I basically tweeked what I learned from my first set of bass (broko) which lacked size and my second set of bass (bahia) which got color and size but I did treat two of the bahia different which affected their size but not color. With that, my third set of bass (xingu) hopefully will have size and color. I'm serious in saying that this is baby fat. I feel the first year is critical in not stunting their growth. After the first year it is hard to recover. I can't remember what month we're in but we got a ways to go before the one year mark.
Can't wait to see what your planted tank will do. Please share.

Oh man it's on like Donkey Kong up in here. I agree with Ken and you also Laz. I also from past experience am using my best raising routine I have. Of course feeders are my main stapple for sure but since there eating pellet's I can give them the extra needed Vitamines this time around. I must say I don't think I will be even close to the growth your seeing Ken so I am following closely. But we all have our TOP SECRETS. Can't wait to share all of our result's. (I wanted to do this with the 24k's but everyone seem's to have went into hidding with these)
