Its been abit since my last post as I have been on TDY's and studying for my next rank. Anyway, I have rescently been feeding bloodworms to my guys to hopefully coax the clown loaches and Emerald cory cats out. It does on occasion, but Jr has since descided he loves them. I picture him with a "Cartman Voice" yelling "No Platties, thats my pot pie" as he flares and keeps everyone back while he gorges. He sure is fat enough:grinno: His hump seems to finally starting to become more pronounced, so I guess he was just focused on size first.

Unfortunantly the Betta died, unknown causes. Examined his body and no bite marks, so just one of those weird instances where the fish dies. Doubt he was old. Anyway, enjoy ladies and gents.;)

Cool, were they live, frozen, or freeze dried? I have some frozen bloodworms, never thought about feeding them to my sagittaes.

They are frozen. He really seems to love them as you can see.

Man after really viewing I need to stop taking Videos while holding my 8 month old daughter. Can't keep the camera straight, lol.

Appreciate it smitty, had him since he hatched almost 2 years ago. Its great growing them up from nothing into these gourgous beasts.

Agreed, but it saves me having to tell where I got him or how far from the wild he is removed. I tried blackworms and tubes, but no luck. Would like to get some night crawlers but no luck around here with the stores. I also toss a Mirror on the side so he gets abit of a work out after eating. Don't want him getting too fat.:grinno:

I'm glad that you made an update. Your Midas is looking very good! Keep up the good work with him. I know that I've seen it many times in your vids, but I'm still amazed that you can keep both plants and small fish with your Midas. It makes for a very different Midas tank.
