Face off- The aggressive display thread

These are some shots I took while having myself a pint of newcastle. Just some random threat displays here and there. No fish were hurt. There were a few tussles but no damage done. I really like how CA cichlids (most) in an established community "respect" boundaries. They Flare their gills but usually won't cross over to fight.

Male is an LFS pick up. I'm not sure on the female though. I got her from 1fatdovii. If he sees this thread maybe he can chime in.
