Fader grow outs

I’ve been growing out a bunch of flowerhorn fry I inherited with a second hand tank a while back which accompanied a larger flowerhorn. These are my first flowerhorn and I’d love to try to get a comparable pair.
What are your opinions on strain and the pick of the bunch to prioritise for a pair? Pics 1-4 are about 4 inches, the big one is now about 7 inches. I don’t have any details on the parents, but have been lucky to get a cpl of faders amongst them.

I'm thinking the mom of these offspring was a Red Monkey aka Red Shock aka Red Syn. She might have bred with a flowerhorn, or maybe a pure bred Vieja synspilum. 3 and 4 look like regular Vieja Synspilum. 1 and 2 look like Red Monkeys. The first photo you have posted(that is not numbered) looks like your alpha male. He looks awesome by the way! If I had these fish I would be trying to breed that alpha male with one of the faders.....assuming one of them is a female.

Thanks for such thorough insight. Yeah that’s my boy, any idea what strain he is? I’ve seen one very similar locally labelled as a ‘red head x golden red dragon’? I was thinking I’d choose one of the faders also.
