Have you tired live food? I find bright food that scuttles or twitches is guaranteed to get a prey response. Red claw crabs or live super worms would be my first choice. If these fail then there is something serious/medically wrong. I am no expert but my fahaka can go through stroppy phases and refuse to eat. It's normally an issue with a tank mate or messing with the decor in her tank that is not to her liking. I am. I expert and this is just my 2 cents and I Hope it works out, beautify fish.

Please give us more info...

What other tank mates are in your tank with your puffer???

Are you feeding food items such as clams etc with or without the shell???

What are the actual water patameters in the tank???

Coz normally its rare for a well established fahaka to refuse food for such a long time, so guessing best case scenario is your puffer is moody atm...

Worse case scenario would be there might be some kind of blockage causing your puffer discomfort internally...
