Fahaka problem?

My womans fahaka puffer at her place of work has been lashing about his tank for an unknown reason.
Only thing she knows is both times has been with a person walking by the tank with a purple sweater or shirt on.. could a color bother him? Lol
I asked her to test water and paramus are fine
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
Tank is 65 gallons and has pothos and hygro plants in and antop of tank for extra filtration..
Could the tank be too small... fahaka is 7 inches.. let me know what you all think

Its 36x18x25 I beleive...

Probably 5 months now...
