I've recently purchased a baby Fahaka 25 days ago. I've had him in a 10 gal, under quarantine this whole time. I've been doing 25% water changes every 2 days and have been feeding 2x daily (snails, Bloodworms, brine shrimp and bug bites), until I see a significant bulge.
I've noticed significant growth within the 25 days.
His semi permanent home will be ready next wrek (105 gallon). I've discussed with some people at my LFS and they say there is good chance I have already stunted his growth. Would 25 days in a 10 gal be that significant?
Thanks in advance.

What's your parameters? If you have 0 ammonia & nitrite then low nitrates your good.

You need high crunch diet by the way or start studying puffer dentistry.
I haven't checked water perameters but I am very proactive with water changes, 25 to 30 % every 2 days, including gravel cleaning.
He's getting small snails every day and he luckly likes the large bug bites (which are somewhat crunchy).
He's not big enough where I feel comfortable putting in adult crayfish or frozen shellfish yet.
I do feel he has almost doubled in size in the 25 days.
Should I worry about dental issues this early? I understand he needs the hard items but he's still pretty small.

He won't touch normal pellets but loves bug bites for some reason. To make them big and crunchy, I've been taking a bunch of bug bites, wetting them and rolling them into big compressed balls, then drying them out to make them hard. He goes crazy for them.

What size was he when you got him??? Coz you should expect to see approx 1” of growth per month till they hit around 12” or 1 yr old...

So as long as your puff is steadily growing then should be fine, also dont give up on the pellets as sometimes it takes them time to try new things...
