Fahaka Tank

So I'm in full swing planning a fahaka tank. It will either be a 150 or 180. Really my only question is, when I get the fahaka, it will be small. Is it ok for it to just go straight into its final tank or should I put it in a 75 for a couple months???

Most will say put the little guy in the final tank, as long as the little puffer has no problem getting to his/her food that would be great.

I would agree. I had my guy in a 150 but he was evicted to the 75 due to some movement.

If you put him in a 180 right off the bat, you will have an empty looking tank but h will fill it in a years time.
