Fahaka Update!! PICS

I got this guy from my LFS when he was about 2". He was beat down from his travel and the three other Fahakas in the tank. I got him for cost due to his condition.
I got him home...turned up the temps and added some salt...and now he's awesome. His fins have almost completely healed, which is surprising how bad he was. I fed him lots of good stuff and changed the water alot, and he has more than doubled in size!
Here he is before (black gravel) and after (white gravel) in his new, but still temporary, home.

Originally he was with my polypterus but he ripped up all their fins! Oh yeah...he was 2" and they ranged from 9"-14"! He will get a 52 gallon corner pentagon tank to himself when he gets bigger....it's got tons of filtration!!

I got mines for $15 at this one huge exotic fish store and all their fishes are cheap but are all in good conditions and in large tanks.And as for other store they may range from $30-$60 for juveniles,but thats just what I hear from others

They are great fish. He is such a little one still! Let me know if you want snails to feed him. I've got tons of invasive snails that I'd send you, if you will cover shipping costs.

You're going to need a much bigger tank for him, since he can grow to 18" 120g is minimum recomendation.

He seems to have some telltale signs of internal parasites. How does he look before you feed him? What does his poop look like?
