I have a fahak puffer about 3-3.5 inches, he just contracted ick sometime today. I put half the recommended dosage of Jungle's Ick Clear since he is scaleless and I didnt want it to burn his skin. I also removed the carbon from the filter, and made sure the water temp was 80-82 degrees. I noticed a little labored breathing and I am worried what can I do?? Please help. Thank you all.

I treaated him with Ick Cure and rasied his temperature to 82 degrees. I wasnt sure if I should do a water change right away or to wait 24 hours after the medication sets in. How much of a water change should I do tonight when I get home? 50% ? Thanks for replying.
