Fahakas and planted tanks?

Hey guys so I was wondering how do Fahakas do with planted tanks?

Also what is their growth rate like? If I were to buy one that is 1.5-3inch how long could it stay in a 40 gallon breeder tank?

Not very long at all... With too water quality, you should expect to see no less than about 1" of growth per month, up to about 12"

Best bet is to have the right size tank at the start and save worrying about the hassle later...

Mine quickly outgrew a 90 planted tank in a year . He now resides in a 220 ... one day after a year in the tank he turned all the plants to salad.. his tank now contains no plants ..
