Fahake puffer tank size

Why is it that I see this thread title so much? Theres plenty of information out there, and on here, to give you that information. Some of the tanks I've seen recommended were way to small, I'm sorry, but you cannot keep a fish that gets as long as the tank is deep. Just doesn't work, and is not fair for the animal. Why would we want to do that to an animal that we claim to love so much?

People can't be bothered and/or are too lazy to search for the thread that answers their question. Then there are the people who have never owned a fahaka, but always have the right answer as far as "tank size" goes.

It’s a little ridiculous nowadays, answers are at the tip of your fingers right in the pet store. I’ve also seen people say you don’t need that big of a tank, and complain when it doesn’t grow to full size. I think that fahakas are in the same category as gsp and f8 puffers as the most abused puffers sold. Sad.
