Fair Buy?

Picked these up from a store that today that went out of business. All for $40. The prime bottles are the 16.9 ounce bottles and the Hot Magnum is brand new. What do you guys think? Well, the cat wasn't included but I would love to sell her for $40 but I don't think the wife would go for it...

pretty good buy. Online price for HOT magnums is 50-55 bucks.

I stopped at the store to check the prices on this stuff and the Hot Magnum was $98.99, the prime was $9.99 for the smaller bottles and I have no idea on the Bio Tower. It's filled with bio balls though and bio balls sure aren't cheap. It's going to be nice to see it used on my 40 breeder with the 30 gallon Oceanic sump I have. I almost feel like I ripped the guy off.
