Fair price for WC Black Calvus?

Is $40 a fair price for a 3" WC black calvus (Zambia)? What's the growth rate on these babies? Should I go for a f1 fish?

Thats a good deal... they do grow slow so the fact they are at the 3 in mark is great! Do you have to pay shipping as well?

agreed!
they grow so insanely slow its almost annoying. my last couple black calvus grew about a quarter inch a month, if that, depending on sex.

Sounds fair....

I would opt for F1, but that is my preference. F1, if found in your area, will be raised in basically the same water you are running. F1's also keeps the WC's where they belong.
