fake Umbriferus

i went to a pet store today that i havent been to in about a year. they had bunch of midas and dovii in a 20L but the dovii were labelled as Umbriferus?
i am not expert on them but i can pick out a dovii. I let the people there know that they were dovii and not umbee. but for future reference, if i ever look for a umbee, what do the juvies look like?

Here is a picture of one I had a few years ago. It was about 2.5"-3"

As you can see they look very similar at this size - all gray and washed out.

yeah it kinda does look like a juvie dovii but the ones ath this store were at the 3 inch mark and clearly dovii.
i have never seen umbee here.

my juvi from youngest to older.. you can see spots on the operculum develop more, as well as the red stripe on the dorsel and the anal/dorsel get pointier/longer pending how old it is.. First pic is about 2"? going up from there..
