Falconry anyone?

ok so i found out that i might be getting a shot at an apprenticeship with a falconer that works at my dad's firestation as a medic. anyone else on here do falconry? if so what are some tips and can ya post some pix of your birds,mews, and equipment please? thnx

Im very interested in falconry i live very close to this place http://www.libertysfalconry.co.uk/index.htm and a good friend works there. it comes with its perks should we say.... i dont personally own birds or gear (yet) but do fly and hunt with falcons and hawks...

My father has a friend who hunts gamebirds with a Harris and a Red-tailed Hawk.

ya i would use a falco sparverius the american kestrel. then after 4-5 years get a harris or redtail hawk.
